No Class	Basics Class For students of all levels, focus on basic techinques.	No Class	Children's Class For boys and girls, age 5 and up. Aikido teaches children how to defend themselves, without kicking or punching. Instead, students learn to use an attacker's energy against themselves with controlling joint locks, throws, take-downs and pins. Aikido is a non-competitive art allowing children of different sizes and ages to learn and grow in a friendly cooperative atmosphere. This non-competitive environment guarantees that students progress at their own rates.	Mixed Level For students who have completed at least 16 days of training and have received Sensei's recommendation.	No Class	Iaido The Art of Drawing the Sword. With approval of the Instructor.
