For students of all levels, focus on basic techinques.

No ClassChildren's Class

For boys and girls, age 5 and up.
Aikido teaches children how to defend themselves, without kicking or punching. Instead, students learn to use an attacker's energy against themselves with controlling joint locks, throws, take-downs and pins.
Aikido is a non-competitive art allowing children of different sizes and ages to learn and grow in a friendly cooperative atmosphere. This non-competitive environment guarantees that students progress at their own rates.

Mixed Level

For students who have completed at least 16 days of training and have received Sensei's recommendation.
